Pumpkin Fun!

Fall is here guys!! This is my most favorite season. If only I could see the changes of it more, Being in Florida there isn't much changes of any season for that matter. With our Boys or Family we decorate or carve pumpkins before Halloween every year. We light them and put them outside on Halloween. It has been our little tradition and probably for many other families for years. My Boys always enjoy it. Especially the messy part. I have whipped up a little Pumpkin Decorating post giving you guys some really cute ideas I found and a general idea of the supplies you may need. It is time to get creative and put a twist on that Classic Pumpkin decorating tradition. For more ideas and printable carving stencils for your Pumpkins go to Pinterest. The ideas are endless! I hope this inspires you to take a few minutes gather up some supplies and spend a little family time making memories and traditions of your own. Happy Fall Ya'll!!

Glitter Pumpkins- Just a little Spray Glue, Glitter of your choice and a tray for the excess glitter and you can have yourself a fancy little Pumpkin. You can also tape off areas to make designs or put a little glue in a cup and paint designs on the pumpkin with a paint brush and sprinkle with glitter to show your design.

Ribbon Decorated Pumpkins- Hot Glue and Halloween Printed Ribbon or Tulle and Buttons is really all that is needed for these cute Pumpkins. Just make the design you would like and hot glue the Ribbon, Buttons, etc onto a Pumpkin of any size.

Chevron and Striped Painted Pumpkins- Masking Tape, paint brushes and paint of your choice. Use the design idea here or come up with your own.

Owl Mazing Pumpkin- These are much more simple than they actually look. Carve holes for the eyes, Triangle for the beak and either take sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds for the eyes, feet etc. This one has to be my most favorite of all. Hot Glue can be used to put the seeds on.

Raised Design Pumpkin- This Pumpkin is so neat! The design can be made with hot glue and then the glue is painted to match the white on the Pumpkin. You could most definately paint the pumpkin and glue any color and it would still give that raised embellished effect.
